  • Provide BAU IT support to end user on software /hardware such as internal system, printers, VPN, fax, mobile devices, etc.
  • Responsible for software and hardware installation (Office application, etc.)
  • System/ Network / Internet monitor and maintenance
  • Maintain and support the user for some internal systems such as OA and mobile application
  • Work closely with IT infrastructure team for system and internet maintenance
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience
  • Working experience in Windows support, hardware/software and network support
  • MCSE holder is an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin and English
  • Effective communication and good people skill
