Deskside Engineer (Financial firm)
- Provide daily L1-L2 support to business users
- Support Desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows, Office, O365, Outlook
- Perform daily support on infrastructure and application systems
- Provide regular support on Windows server maintenance and application upgrades
- Responsible for basic network infrastructure setup
- Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects when necessary
- Diploma or above holder in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Information Technology sector
- Hands-on experience of relevant dependence in providing helpdesk support
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Operation System
- Working experience in Banking and Finance industry would be an advantage
- Able to work independent, self-motivated and willing to take challenges
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
