Senior Deskside Support
- Perform level 2 trouble shooting support, back end support assisting level 1 support team
- Perform hardware support (PC, notebook, headset or printers) or other related Windows software includes Adobe, anti-virus and etc
- To provide technical evaluation and recommend solutions, mainly on Microsoft Windows platform, within Deskside Domain
- To conduct testing and verification, if any
- To help on daily deskside and endpoint security tasks and project implementation
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or other related
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT sector
- At least 3 years in Microsoft Windows desktop platform support
- Experience in endpoint security products/ solutions would be a plus
- Experience in patch management, Group Policy, Windows
- Solid technical skills on Windows environment, Deskside hardware and software
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
