Assistant IT Manager (Application)
- Manage, monitor compliance of third-party vendors and consultants on executable work items;
- Design, develop and perform project implementation of various software applications, system integration and enhancement of back-end systems
- Provide delivery works including programming, feasibility study, design, testing, system acceptance, capacity planning, technical support, quality assurance and proof-of-concept development
- To conduct tender / quotation and ensure vendors meeting SLA and QA their deliverables in detail
- Project management ensure project go live on time, and within budget
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, System Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in project and vendor management
- Experience on system and application support
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle EBS, JDE, SAP or ERP systems
- Experience on capacity planning and database monitoring
- Good analytical skill with business acumen, presentation skill, able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Attentive to details, strong numerical sense, responsible, self-motivated and well-organized
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
