- Provide helpdesk function (non-technical)
- Support daily operation of back Office
- Handle internal & external enquiries and requests in professional manner
- Update reports
- Assist in ad-hot tasks
- 2+ years working experience, preferable in retail / customer service industry
- Good communication/interpersonal skills, telephone manner and service attitude
- Strong sense of team spirit
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word/ Excel)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
