  • Provide first tier level helpdesk support to end users through email, phone or in person
  • Assist team to escalate technical problems
  • To provide troubleshooting and problem solving on system, software, hardware issues
  • Responsible for monitor and support the internal system
  • Perform troubleshoot for Windows platform and products
  • Coordinate with vendor for the newly launched software implementation
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Degree or above in technology or any related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in IT related areas
  • Hands-on experience with Windows environment
  • Knowledge and experience on basic programming
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
