Helpdesk Specialist
- Provide first tier level helpdesk support to end users through email, phone or in person
- Assist team to escalate technical problems
- To provide troubleshooting and problem solving on system, software, hardware issues
- Responsible for monitor and support the internal system
- Perform troubleshoot for Windows platform and products
- Coordinate with vendor for the newly launched software implementation
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree or above in technology or any related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in IT related areas
- Hands-on experience with Windows environment
- Knowledge and experience on basic programming
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
