Project Manager (4 months contract)
- Collaborate with business and operation stakeholders to analyze business and operational problems and opportunities; review business and operation processes; and collect, analyze and document business requirements
- Identify the areas of the retail business (and the business users) who will be impacted by the transformation program.
- Manage the business relationship to ensure buy-in and advocacy for business change activities with internal business, IT, program teams and 3rd party vendors to develop a shared understanding
- Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate project execution
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer for post go-live support and configuration, and provide post-implementation support to all business functionalities
- Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, System Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 5 year of solid experience in project management
- Working experience on business transformation project is highly preferred
- A proactive problem solver with outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good analytical skill with business acumen, presentation skill, able to work independently
- Attentive to details, strong numerical sense, responsible, self-motivated and well-organized
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
