Business Analyst
- Project coordination and implementation
- Perform system implementation from requirement collection, system configuration, user training, testing and deployment
- Analyze functional requirements and provide design documents
- Troubleshoot on the issue of the existing customer
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure project tasks are delivered on time
- At least 2 years working experience in related working experience
- Experience in trading / retail / industry businesses is an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
