Application Support (CRM / POS)
- Maintain and support CRM system, Loyalty management system and POS retail system
- Support web application and mobile apps application
- Perform programming development on function customizations and report enhancements and project rollout
- Assist in project implementation, including system migration, UAT and other related ad-hoc project
- Collect user requirements
- Troubleshoot on the issue of the existing customer
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2 years of working experience in IT application support
- Knowledge in PHP/.net/Apache/MS SQL will be an advantage
- Working experience in vendor management
- Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
