Project Manager
- Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, risk assessment, testing, issue management and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the system project plan
- Manage project implementation cycle and assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
- Understand business process, requirements and translating them to functional requirements
- Closely follow up on project progress and make necessary amendments to the project arrangement when needed
- Facilitate project meetings and review sessions with end-users, capture meeting minutes and follow up action items with key stakeholders
- Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, and so on
- Communicate with the project team and regular status update
- University degree holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years working experience in project management and at least 3 years’ experience on managing POS project
- Solid experience in project management, business analysis or vendor management
- Good understanding of CRM, ERP, HRIS, eCommerce or related systems and technologies
- Working experience in retails industry will be an advantage
- Good analytical and logical skills, and attentive to details
- Presentable and possess good communication skills
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite of software
- Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
