Technical Support Engineer
- Responsible for 1st Level technical support
- Provide troubleshooting and basic problem solving on system, server, software, hardware and network issues
- Investigate production issues and participate in system operation improvement
- Perform system maintenance and health checks
- Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above
- 1 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
- Willing to learn Linux system/MySQL/SQL Database
- Self-motivated and independent
- Shift duty is required (7x24), able to work weekend, overnight & public holiday
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
