  • Responsible for 1st Level technical support
  • Provide troubleshooting and basic problem solving on system, server, software, hardware and network issues
  • Investigate production issues and participate in system operation improvement
  • Perform system maintenance and health checks
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above
  • 1 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
  • Willing to learn Linux system/MySQL/SQL Database
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Shift duty is required (7x24), able to work weekend, overnight & public holiday
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
