  • Provide daily IT support for PC (hardware/software), voice equipment & mobile device
  • Perform user support by remote or on-site
  • Support, administrate, maintain and troubleshoot Windows PC
  • Physically set up computer hardware/ software system installation
  • Handle ad-hoc duties/ projects when necessary
  • Diploma or above holder in information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Information Technology
  • Experience in support MS Windows, MS Office would be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of network and server-side infrastructure
  • Good English and Chinese communication skills
