Project Manager
- Implement and control IT projects: System upgrade project and Application development project (B2B &B2C)
- Negotiate with system vendors
- Design and build the web application and associate web database which enables transacting B2B and B2C business models
- Develop data interface and related API portals to facilitate data transfer between web application and new system
- Collect the needs/ideas from major users & Verify all needs/ideas collected from users whether they are possible to be handled by the system
- Formulate proposal and explicit the ideas correctly to programmer from system vendors
- Examine the system infrastructure, program literature, workflow, database management, control measures and accuracy of all outputs
- Govern the whole process of system modifications with expected quality and within the promised timeline
- Conduct system test and UAT and evaluate the performance
- Formulate details plan for data migration from current system to new system
- Perform coding maintenance, program debut, housekeeping, security control & all necessary technical supports to system after implementation
- Write up system and user manual &Organize appropriate training to system administrator and different level of users
- At least 10 years’ experience in system development and 5 years’ experience in project management & project handling & team leading
- Exposure in Insurance /Banking Industry would be an advantage
- Exposure in big scale projects would be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Confident & good attitude)
- Good command in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
