Assistant IT Manager (Application)
- Responsible for performing system migration, maintain and support for project or system enhancement to meet business goals and objectives
- Support work related to information technology and be responsible for related document work
- Monitor the project management to ensure project deliverables are in line with the project plan, schedule and budget
- Collect user requirements and vendor management
- Maintain and support CRM system, Loyalty management system and ERP system Support and assist colleagues in using computer software and solving hardware problems;
- Maintain inventory record of computer hardware & software
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of working experience in IT Application support
- Experience in retail industry will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Proactive manner with great sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
