Project Officer (CRM/POS/ERP)
- Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, testing, issue management and lifecycle management
- Manage project implementation cycle and assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
- Understand business process, requirements and translating them to functional requirements
- Closely follow up on project progress and make necessary amendments to the project arrangement when needed
- Facilitate project meetings and review sessions with end-users, capture meeting minutes and follow up action items with key stakeholders
- Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, and so on
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the system project plan
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 3 years project management experience and experience on managing application project(s)
- Solid experience in project management, business analysis and/or vendor management
- Good understanding of POS, CRM, ERP or related systems and technologies
- Good analytical and logical skills, and attentive to details
- Presentable and possess good communication skills
- Possession of PMP or relevant qualification is definitely an advantage
- Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
