SW8203 | 20 Sep 2021 Project Officer (CRM/POS/ERP)
  • Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, testing, issue management and lifecycle management
  • Manage project implementation cycle and assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
  • Understand business process, requirements and translating them to functional requirements
  • Closely follow up on project progress and make necessary amendments to the project arrangement when needed
  • Facilitate project meetings and review sessions with end-users, capture meeting minutes and follow up action items with key stakeholders
  • Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, and so on
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the system project plan
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 3 years project management experience and experience on managing application project(s)
  • Solid experience in project management, business analysis and/or vendor management
  • Good understanding of POS, CRM, ERP or related systems and technologies
  • Good analytical and logical skills, and attentive to details
  • Presentable and possess good communication skills
  • Possession of PMP or relevant qualification is definitely an advantage
  • Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
