Assistant IT Manager
- Responsible for performing system migration, maintain and support for project or system enhancement to meet business goals and objectives
- Support work related to information technology and be responsible for related document work
- Monitor the project management to ensure project deliverables are in line with the project plan, schedule and budget
- Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, testing, issue management and lifecycle management
- Understand business process, requirements and translating them to functional requirements
- Maintain inventory record of computer hardware & software
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of working experience in IT infrastructure support
- Solid experience in project management, business analysis and/or vendor management
- Experience in project policies and procedures establishment, operational control, quality assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Proactive manner with great sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
