  • Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows and Linux environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, storage and network related issues by providing both onsite and remote support
  • Maintain software applications and operating systems
  • Perform regular health checking and resources monitoring
  • IT Operation and support services on highly virtualize Data Centres
  • Participate in server/ system migration and relocation projects
  • Perform in other ad-hoc tasks or projects
  • Diploma or above holder in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in IT Support environment
  • Experience in managing Windows server 2012/2016, VMware, MS Exchange, Citrix and other various software applications
  • Knowledge on VPN & Network support (Cisco, Juniper, F5, Palo Alto, etc.)
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working
  • Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
