  • Provide full administrative and procurement support to create purchase order, procurement documentation, invoice and payment processing, inventory, project progress monitoring, data input, collection and consolidation
  • Assist with Project & Operations administration policies and procedures
  • Liaise and coordinate with different internal department and external stakeholders
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in project administration, procurement, invoice and payment processing
  • Working experience in IT project session
  • Ability to think critically and with problem solving skills
  • Excellent team player with positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and speaking in English and Chinese
