Project Administrator
- Provide full administrative and procurement support to create purchase order, procurement documentation, invoice and payment processing, inventory, project progress monitoring, data input, collection and consolidation
- Assist with Project & Operations administration policies and procedures
- Liaise and coordinate with different internal department and external stakeholders
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience in project administration, procurement, invoice and payment processing
- Working experience in IT project session
- Ability to think critically and with problem solving skills
- Excellent team player with positive attitude
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and speaking in English and Chinese
