Service Delivery Manager
- Understand Group initiated Infrastructure project
- Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are followed
- Handle of the Incident, Network &System Change request and processes escalation to ensure high levels of performance quality
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Analysis and discuss with internal stakeholders/ Prepare project plan
- Liaise among business, Group IT, vendors, internal IT resources and oversee project implementation status
- Provide consultancy services and/or solutions to long outstanding problems or local initiated infrastructure projects
- University degree in IT or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant professional experiences
- Experience deploying best in class infrastructure methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Advantage:
- Experience with Windows System includes Active Directory 2012, Windows 2012&2016 Server,etc. / Azure (IaaS)/ AS400/VMware/ Control-M Administration /Network architecture and information security
