  • Maintain and support CRM system, Loyalty management system, ERP system and POS retail system
  • Collect user requirements and vendor management
  • Perform health check and maintain system stability and availability
  • Support work related to information technology and be responsible for related document work
  • Support and assist colleagues in using computer software and solving hardware problems
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of working experience in System support/Application support
  • Knowledge in programming language will be an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Proactive manner with great sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
