System Support Officer (POS)
- Maintain and support CRM system, Loyalty management system, ERP system and POS retail system
- Collect user requirements and vendor management
- Perform health check and maintain system stability and availability
- Support work related to information technology and be responsible for related document work
- Support and assist colleagues in using computer software and solving hardware problems
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of working experience in System support/Application support
- Knowledge in programming language will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Proactive manner with great sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
