  • Provide user support and technical services to end users
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors
  • Assist ad-hoc assignments as required
  • One year working experience in IT support area
  • Knowledge on Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft applications is an advantage
  • Good attitude and willing to learn
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
