  • Level 1&2 support
  • Provide day to day onsite/remote support for all user in office
  • Assist in identifying user requirements on PC hardware & software issues
  • Diploma or above in Information technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years working experience in user support
  • Working experience on O365 and application, including mobile apps
  • Knowledge on O365, LAN, WAN, AD, Server, Bloomberg, Desktop application and OS support.
  • Effective communication and good people skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
