  • Act as communication bridge of internal and external parties and follow-up to clients
  • Handle helpdesk calls and complete requests via non-call channels including fax, email and other systems
  • Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases
  • 5 days per week, required to work on a roster basis
  • DSE or Diploma in Business / Information Technology discipline
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years related customer service experience (Fresh Grad with good attitude will be considered)
  • Energetic, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
  • 5 days per week, required to work on a roster basis
