Customer Service (IT Company)
- Act as communication bridge of internal and external parties and follow-up to clients
- Handle helpdesk calls and complete requests via non-call channels including fax, email and other systems
- Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases
- 5 days per week, required to work on a roster basis
- DSE or Diploma in Business / Information Technology discipline
- Minimum 1 - 2 years related customer service experience (Fresh Grad with good attitude will be considered)
- Energetic, well-organized and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
- 5 days per week, required to work on a roster basis
