Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst
- Effectively communicate analytics insights and solutions to business and facilitate the execution and implementation
- Assist the project manager to manage requirements documentation, reviews, prioritization and validation activities
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Prepare system specification, diagrams or flowchart, or any supporting documentation in the project life cycle
- Monitor project daily tasks and report status timely with proper documentation
- Maintain proper documentation related to business intelligence solutions and systems including business requirements & processes, data driven rules, data flow diagram and other relevant information
- Actively participation in Agile development projects and assisting product owner in managing backlog, story refinement, sprint planning and other related agile activities
- Develop training program and communication plans to improve user adoption and effectiveness of relevant solutions and systems
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area
- At least 3 years of experience working in delivering and supporting software projects
- Project experience on Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics/ Big Data solution will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio) or Cloud Technologies (e.g. AWS)
- Experience in Agile & Waterfall project methodologies will be advantage
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
