  • Administer Databases including monitoring, troubleshooting, installation, patching and upgrade
  • Perform database tuning, backup and recovery, stress test, capacity planning
  • Provide database support within Unix, Linux and Windows environment
  • Responsible for the daily application support and maintenance
  • Responsible for enhancing or modifying the features to suit users' new requirements
  • Responsible for updating and modifying the front-end module of website
  • Diploma or above in Computing or related subjects, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years working experience in IT sector
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in database administration
  • Working experience with database administration, Apache Tomcat, MSSQL and development using Java
  • Holder of Oracle Database 8i/9i/10g/11g Administrator Certified Professional or Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
