  • Responsible for daily system monitoring
  • Provide technical support including equipment maintenance and service provisioning
  • Perform monitoring network and system
  • Maintain accurate records, document problems, and prepare reports
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Working experience in Data Centre operation will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge and IT experience in supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, desktop administration
  • Able to work independently, proactive and good team player
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
