  • Responsible for day-to-day support in Data Centre
  • Provide technical support including Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
  • Perform monitoring of Data Centre network and system
  • Maintain accurate records, document problems, and prepare reports
  • Handle incident, technical problem and escalate to upper tier
  • F.3 or above
  • Minimum one year of working experience in computer and operation or related role
  • Basic knowledge in Data Centre domain
  • Shift duty is required
  • No experience in IT industry also welcome
