Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst
- Analyze users ‘requirements and translate users’ ideas and cases into functional specification
- Conduct feasibility studies to develop the business requirement for evaluation by appropriate stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to less-experienced business users
- Manage the project schedule from the high-level system design and analysis, system implementation/enhancement, UAT to system deployment
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as requires
- Provide coaching and mentoring to less-experienced business users
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years business analysis in IT project related
- Experience on Insurance, Health Medical Service will be an advantage
- Practical experience in understanding, analyzing, and verifying user requirements versus business processes to develop programmable documents
- Strong customer service orientation, and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
