  • Provide First tier and Second tier level deskside support to end users
  • Ensure Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
  • Perform troubleshooting, administer and maintain application systems
  • Report to line manager or supervisor on the issues
  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year or above working experience in PC or IT helpdesk/desktop support
  • Experience on MS Office 365, Windows OS, outlook
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 7/10 environments
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
