- Provide IT support to end-users
- Handle end-users inquiries and assist to solve technical issues
- Manage incident & change
- Ensure Hardware, Software, Network, Servers run smoothly during daily operation
- Network Device Setup and support
- Provide PC & software installation & configuration
- Alternative Saturday
- Diploma or above
- 2 years solid experience in users /IT support
- Knowledge in software/ hardware set up and support (eg.: Windows OS)
- Knowledge in desktop software like Microsoft Windows and Office
- Knowledge in video conferencing equipment, IP Phone equipment, mobile devices and apps set up
- Good team player, self-motivated and can work independently
