  • Diploma or above
  • 2 years solid experience in users /IT support
  • Knowledge in software/ hardware set up and support (eg.: Windows OS)
  • Knowledge in desktop software like Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Knowledge in video conferencing equipment, IP Phone equipment, mobile devices and apps set up
  • Good team player, self-motivated and can work independently
