Associate Solution Consultant (ERP)
- Perform ERP system implementation from requirement collection, system configuration, user training, testing and deployment
- Collect user requirements, analysis and preparation in related documents
- Support customers on using the system and work with the team to troubleshoot the problem
- Work closely with development team to ensure project tasks are delivered on time
- Assist in the system development life cycle
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Systems, Computing Science, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines
- Knowledge in the financial systems, reporting tools, project management, database management or VBA will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and detail-minded
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin are included)
- Fresh graduates will be also considered
