IT Service Delivery Specialist
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and team members to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner
- Resonsible for the creation and termination of Network / O365 user accounts
- Manage the rights and permissions of network/email accounts
- Create of group permissions and rights to file directories
- Liaise with IT project team and other teammates
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years relevant experience in service delivery, implementation and critical support environment.
- Experience on Network project management and delivery will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to work as a team
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills with possession of the good problem-solving ability
