  • Conduct daily systems operations, including IT helpdesk and administration tasks
  • Monitor networks and systems
  • Co-ordinate with teammates in problem fixing and follow problem escalation procedure
  • Provide technical support services to internal users and external customers
  • Form 5 or above; OR at least 3 years IT support experience recently
  • 1 year hands on experience in computer support
  • Knowledge of operation of Windows OS
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
