Project Manager
- Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, risk assessment, testing, issue management and lifecycle management
- Drive the successful delivery of IT programs that consist of multiple simultaneous IT sub-projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the system project plan
- Manage project implementation cycle and assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
- Understand business process, requirements and translating them to functional requirements
- Closely follow up on project progress and make necessary amendments to the project arrangement when needed
- Facilitate project meetings and review sessions with end-users, capture meeting minutes and follow up action items with key stakeholders
- Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, and so on
- Degree or above in Computer science or Information Technology or other related discipline
- At least 6 years’ experience on application project management, solution design, system analysis.
- Project experience in Service now system will be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel across the organization
- Effective interpersonal skills with a clear, concise and relevant communication style, including excellent presentation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and excellent report writing skills
