Business Analyst (Financial Firm)
- Works with stakeholders to drive adoption and captures business and user requirements (as stories for agile shops)
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
- Ensures requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
- Owns the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
- Assist the project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
- Works with the platform team to develop release estimates and supports the testing effort
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT or relevant disciplines
- At least 4 years relevant experience on Business Analyst in IT Project
- Experience on Service Now project will be an advantage
- Strong capability to work with different levels of stakeholders or clients
- Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Determine to deliver and commit to deliverable and meeting deadline;
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
