  • Provide first tier support to end-user computer devices and office devices
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printer, computer hardware, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting and support to internal user
  • To handle project on relocation or software migration
  • Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or other IT related area
  • At least 2 year working experience related in IT deskside support
  • Experience on relocation project will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and configurations, Windows and MAC OS
  • Good command in written or verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
