  • Provide 1st and 2 nd tier technical support
  • Provide helpdesk support services to Lotus Notes, PC and MWHD users
  • Maintaining and supporting MWHD / MWS / MDM in iOS, Android or similar platform
  • Troubleshooting on desktop, notebook, printer, mobile devices and networking equipment
  • To set up, configure and troubleshoot MWHDs for end users in both CSD Headquarters and remote offices / institutions
  • To set up, configure and troubleshoot Mobile Device Management (MDM) System and its agents
  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year IT working experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
