Technical Support Engineer
- Provide 1st and 2 nd tier technical support
- Provide helpdesk support services to Lotus Notes, PC and MWHD users
- Maintaining and supporting MWHD / MWS / MDM in iOS, Android or similar platform
- Troubleshooting on desktop, notebook, printer, mobile devices and networking equipment
- To set up, configure and troubleshoot MWHDs for end users in both CSD Headquarters and remote offices / institutions
- To set up, configure and troubleshoot Mobile Device Management (MDM) System and its agents
- Diploma or above
- At least 1 year IT working experience
- Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
