Network Support Engineer
- Implement network infrastructure installations and configurations
- Participate in troubleshooting and support of network infrastructure and various client services
- Deliver technical documentation of infrastructure, control procedures, operation and review data network proposals
- Manage the project delivery, product support and escalated issue management
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related subject
- At least 1 year’s experience in Network management such as: switches, routers and load balancers.
- At least 1 year’s experience in one or more of the following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and configuring relevant technologies.
- Ability to perform advanced problem determination / resolution
- Good Command in written and communicate in English and Chinese
