  • Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, storage and network related issues
  • Maintain software applications and operating systems
  • Perform regular health checking and resources moniorting
  • Diploma or above holder in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Server Support environment
  • Experience in managing Windows server 2012/2016/2019 and VMware
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working
  • Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
