Application Consultant
- Analyze functional requirements and provide design documents
- Configure the ERP system
- Provide system training to end users
- Participate in function customizations and report enhancements
- Participate in testing to ensure the quality of any customization development
- Troubleshoot on the issue of the existing customer
- Transform the data from external data source and migrate the data into the ERP
- Integrate the ERP with other system for process automation
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Working experience in IT or Business Analyst, good business process competences
- 2 years of working experience in Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Power BI or Power Platform is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
