Senior Business Analyst
- Collect user requirements, analysis, and preparation in related documents
- Work with subcontractors during project implementation
- Involve in upgrade project
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production support of the application
- Work close with technical team
- Coordination between client and company to collect support requirements
- Work with subcontractors and different teams to follow up with the entire project
- Maintain support list and related status
- Attend monthly meeting to report the support status
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in the IT industry, Project Management/ Business Analyst with handling large scale project
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Good communication, organizational, negotiation, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
