Infrastructure Specialist (SCCM)
- Manage and provide design, deploying, configuring and support of desktop technologies in a distributed environment
- Responsible for software distribution and patch management as well as building and deploying software packages to workstations and endpoints including mobile devices
- Manage enterprise level endpoints using Microsoft technologies
- Auditing of hardware/software inventory
- Provide administrative support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SCCM environment
- Recommending and implementing policies and standards and ensuring adherence to security procedures
- Coordinate with various support towers on incidents resolution pertaining to SCCM issues
- Ensure all endpoints are working properly within the enterprise environment
- Strong self-driven motivation to stay up-to-date with the latest applications, do research and testing to integrate into existing systems
- Extensive hands-on experience automating processes through scripting using VBScript and or PowerShell
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
- Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentation
- Ability to prioritize and plan
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN
- Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Working experience or skill with Microsoft’s Systems Control Configuration Management (SCCM) and Microsoft InTune
- Experience in managing large scale enterprise level infrastructure specializing in managing Microsoft SCCM
