  • Provide support to users, get users enquiry & request.
  • Issue logging and prioritization.
  • Get alignment with application vendors.
  • Solve & escalate with appropriate support.
  • Inventory update and control.
  • Identify potential issues.
  • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the BU & prepare user guide if necessary.
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems.
  • Assist on project implementation, including gather user requirement, documentation, UAT, etc.
  • To perform duties related to IT system when required
  • Degree or diploma in IT and willing to learn from IT aspect.
  • At least 2 years working experience.
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal skill.
  • Detail-minded, committed to work and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Well organized and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Experience on CRM, ERP, POS, SAP.
