  • Perform routine computer operations including batch & ad-hoc jobs
  • Data Center Operations Monitoring – Server, OS, Storage, DB, Messaging, IT Network, IT Security and Backup
  • Continuous monitoring of resource utilization
  • Organize preventive & ad-hoc maintenance of computer and facilities equipment according to agreed schedule
  • Maintain application operational documentation
  • Provide clear and detailed handover to next shift workers for services continuity
  • Perform 7 x 24 Data Center Operation in 3 shifts
  • Diploma or higher in IT related disciplines
  • At lease 1 year relevant experience in Data Center operations
  • Good understanding of WAN technologies but not a must
  • Experience on Ticket Management systems and troubleshooting techniques preferably
  • Possess positive attitude, team player with can-do personality
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in the English language
