  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including telecommunications, routers/switches, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and office automation equipment.
  • Handle custom reporting requests from bankers when standard system reports do not meet customer requirements
  • Communicate with business users and stakeholders on behalf of the technical team on project delivery
  • Prepare and conduct system demonstrations/training for business users
  • Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
  • Basic knowledge about banking products and investment instruments
  • Excellent execution in multitasking mode with effective follow-through
  • Excellent English writing skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
