Helpdesk Support (Overnight)
- Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through omni-channel and log cases to a ticketing system
- Coordinate with internal and external parties
- Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors
- Working Location: Kowloon Bay
- DSE or above in Information Technology or related discipline
- One year working experience in customer service area in IT field is preferable
- Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage
- Knowledge on POS, Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft applications
- Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Good at Chinese word processing
- Overnight shift, 5-working days per week (including public holidays, Sat & Sun)
- One-year contract, renewable subject to business needs
- Shift allowance will be provided (if applicable)
- Immediate available is preferred
