  • Perform on-site deskside support including IMAC, desktops and laptops installation, image cloning, Hardware/Software troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems technologies
  • Provide technical support of daily deskside support and problem resolution
  • Education Background: Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Qualification: Holder of MCSE/MCTS/MS900 is preferred
  • Skills: Support experiences on deskside / network support, windows patch support
  • Good communication skill for daily operation
  • Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure
  • IT Working Experience: At least 1 years relevant experience in IT support, system administration and networking
