  • Work in a global team to manage and support desktop standards, projects and related deliverables
  • Work closely with Desktop/Sever/network/other IT teams to provide desktop virtualization service and solution to business users
  • Perform large-scale system integrations and migrations with various banking applications and systems
  • Collaborate with different businesses to understand their needs and processes, to achieve their targets and improve service with desktop virtualization technology
  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 3+ years relevant working experience
  • Have technical knowledge of Windows 8/10, Windows server 2016/2019, Microsoft Office 2016/O365, Active Directory, SCCM and McAfee
  • Solid TCPIP/networking knowledge
  • Self-motivated, positive and flexible attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Sound interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Good command of written and verbal English
