SW8480 | 04 May 2023 Server Support Engineer
  • Responsible for IT systems daily operation.
  • Participate in system migration in Window, Azure troubleshooting.
  • Perform patch deployment to production systems such as ESXi, Vcentre, Windows patches, Linux patches.
  • Coordinate with all related parties on all project related tasks to ensure they are done on a timely manner.
  • Perform product and solution testing.
  • Provide support on security products such as SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, EDR, micro-segmentation.
  • Handle emergency system incidents.
  • At least 3 years working experience in system server support and management experience with similar enterprise scale.
  • Solid experience on Windows, O365, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, and Nimble SAN storage.
  • Experience in Windows server, firewall configuration and software installation.
  • Independent, patient with good problem diagnosis and solving skills.
