  • Provide IT technical advice and helpdesk support services to users on hardware, software, and networking related issues.
  • Equipment procurement and IT contract management.
  • Design and provide IT services trainings for user to enhance their productivity.
  • Have a diploma or above in computer science or a related field.
  • 1+ years of IT support experiences.
  • Familiar with windows and Mac operating system, able to solve common software problems.
  • Able to solve common hardware and network faults.
  • Have good communication and understanding skills, quickly understand the problems encountered by colleagues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in IT procurement especially on software and hardware.
  • Experience in server/network equipment maintenance is a plus.
  • Good command of English is a plus.
